Terms & Conditions

• A £50 deposit is required via bank transfer to secure your wedding date. This amount will be deducted from your final balance.
• By paying your deposit and financially securing me for your wedding day you are agreeing to and accepting my terms and conditions. 

• If booking a Hair & Make Up package a further £190 is required 7 days prior to the preview date. This is to cover your preview session and will be deducted from your final balance. 

• Preview payments for Hair OR Make Up only bookings are required 7 days prior to your preview date. 

• Wedding day payments are required 14 days prior to your wedding date. 

• All payments are to be paid by bank transfer. You will receive invoices for all payments you are to make. 

• Previews are held at my home studio in Overton, LL13 0EN. Mon - Fri at 10am. 

• Please allow up to 4 hours for a Hair AND Make Up Preview.

• Please allow up to 2 hours for a Hair OR Make Up Preview.

 • If you are wanting to try more than 1 hair style at your preview this will exceed the appointment time of 2 hours. A second preview session will need to be booked and will be charged in full. 

• Previews can be booked for bridal party members as an appointment alongside the brides.

Bridal Party Hair Preview - £65

Bridal Party Make Up Preview - £65

• Previews are recommended 2-6 months prior to your wedding date. 

• A minimum of 4 x adult services, including the bride, are required for all weddings Fri - Sun. 

This can be either -

Hair & Make Up Package No. 1
OR 

Bride Hair plus 3 x Bridal Party Hair 

OR 

Bride Make Up plus 3 x Bridal Party Make Up

• Minimum bookings for Mon-Thurs weddings will be at my discretion and discussed at time of booking. 

In the unlikely event you cancel your booking, the following monies will be owed - 

• 30 days prior to Wedding Day - 100% of balance 

• 31-60 days prior to Wedding Day - 50% of balance

• 61-90 days prior to Wedding Day - 30% of balance 

• 91 plus days prior to Wedding Day - Deposit kept 

• In the unlikely event I have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances before the preview has taken place. Your £50 deposit will be refunded immediately.

• In the unlikely event I have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances after the preview has taken place. All payments made thus far will be refunded. And I will endeavour to find a replacement Make Up Artist and/or Hair Stylist.

• You agree to images and/or videos taken by myself of you, your bridal party and behind the scenes of your wedding morning for use on my social media and website.  

• Please inform me ahead of your wedding day if you do not consent for photos and/or videos to be taken of yourself, your bridal party and/or your wedding morning for use on my social media and website.
• I will always be grateful if you share your professional photography gallery with me after your wedding, for use on my social media and website. 

• The bride and the bridal party are to inform me in writing ahead of the preview and the wedding day of any allergies or sensitivities they are aware of, relating to ingredients in make up, skin care, and hair products. 

• The bride and the bridal party accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions caused by products used if they have not disclosed their allergy/sensitivity to an ingredient/s prior to make up and hair styling.
• The bride agrees to share The Wedding Morning Schedule and Hair & Make Up Preperation  document provided by myself to all bridal party members ahead of the wedding day. This is to ensure all services are started on time and all expectations are met.  

• If your booking requires me to rise before 4am, a £50 surcharge will be added to your final balance invoice.

• If your booking has a travel time longer than 1hr 30mins from LL13 0EN to your venue/getting ready location, a £50 surcharge will be added to your final balance invoice. 

• I can complete a maximum of 6 services on a wedding morning including the bride. 

• For bridal parties with services totalling upwards of 6, another Hair Stylist or Make Up Artist will be required.

• If you would like me to source, organise and coordinate an additional Hair Stylist or Make Up Artist this will be charged at £65 per stylist/artist. Plus their travel fee to your location.

If Hair and/or Make Up is required to be carried out at 2 different locations due to access time restrictions at the venue, a £50 surcharge will be added to your final balance.
